Job description
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth.
Nurture leads through targeted outreach and relationship building .
Identify new business opportunities and market trends .
Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and client targeting
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
Represent Odire at industry events to enhance brands visibility
Provide regular reports on business development activities
Mentor and support junior team members
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare business development
Proven tract record of achieving revenue targets regulators.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Must have a valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R15 000,00 – R30 000,00 per month
